On the western edge of Downtown Miami's affluent Brickell, the picturesque Miami River is hotter then ever. Complimenting the sleek and trendy new dining hotspot Seasalt and Pepper, an array of inspiring new developments are surfacing. The 58 story, 127 unit Edge on Brickell, is the most sophisticated luxury development on the rise. The Edge will feature an illuminated mural by Dutch artist Jan Hendrix, a robotic parking garage, and views overlooking the Miami River.
