The famous oceanfront Shore Club Hotel in the heart of Miami Beach is now going condo! The existing hotel will be re-imagined, re-vamped, brought down to bare bones and built new. It will consist of approximately 85 residences for sale, including several bungalows, plus a separate 100-room hotel (the hotel rooms are not for sale) run by a 5-star international operator (details coming soon). It will be ultra-exclusive, very “boutique”, SEXY, and of course located in prime South Beach at 1901 Collins Ave. The site is approximately 3 acres.

The initial launch of the first few units was during Art Basel. We will have the detailed brochure, pictures, floor plans, all the essential information within the week. This is the prime time to hold a unit at the lowest starting price with a reservation deposit, cancelable and refundable until they convert to contracts in March 2015.

The developer is HFZ Capital Group out of New York. The architect and interior designer Isay Weinfeld, the landscape architect Enzo Enea. Details of the hotel operator will be published in the next few days. There are various 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans. Starting prices: $1800/sq ft - $3200 sq/ft. Units will be delivered high end designer "move in" ready. An east facing 2 bedroom 1400 - 1600 sq ft unit starts at approx $2.8M, premier ocean views $3M+. Many of the units will have very expansive outdoor terraces. Delivery Summer 2017.

Central Tower: 45 units - 20 stories. North Tower - 26 units 8 stories. Bungalows have 2 levels, kitchens and bathrooms - the perfect pied a terre.
