Miami Beach is divided into three sections, South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach, each offering its own lifestyle attributes.
The famed South Beach, Sobe, as it is fondly known, comprises the southernmost tip spanning 1st street to 23rd street. This is the hotspot of Miami Beach, home to the largest preserved Art Deco District in the US, numerous cultural attractions, star studded hotels and restaurants, sizzling nightlife, picture-perfect beaches, and the 17-acre South Pointe Park. Nestled between South Beach and Bal Harbour, North Beach, or "Nobe," stretches from 63rd to 87th street. This northernmost neighborhood of Miami Beach, which includes the Isles of Normandy, Biscayne Point, Allison Island, and La Gorce Island, is a tranquil escape from the faster pace of its southern counterparts.
