Catherine did a phenomenal job selling our home. There were challenges with our listing and Catherine took them on with enthusiasm. She is results oriented and cares about the client experience. I would recommend anyone to Catherine to get their home sold. She is fabulous.

Catherine was the most knowledgeable real estate agent that I have ever worked with. She was patient with us over a period of several months and knew all of the sight lines, sunsets, traffic, financials, special assessments, amenities for every building from Lincoln Road to South Pointe, and had dozens of valuable contacts for us for legal assistance, mortgages, renovations, and repairs. We are ecstatic with the 2 bedroom condo that we bought just one block from Monty’s, and 4 blocks to the beach. She was very well informed about legal matters. She comes very highly recommended.

I have been working with Catherine over 10 yrs. She has guided me to a fabulous multi-million dollar home on the Sunset Islands. It is a dream! She was such a delight and inspiring person to work with as she knows Miami Beach thoroughly! She has raised her lovely girls on this exciting gorgeous beach and I trust her insight! She brokered my investment property on the beach! She keeps it rented and I have zero headaches with this amazing plan! Catherine is a professional joy to work with!

I have known Catherine, worked with her, socialized with our daughters together, for many years. She has a deep knowledge of the South Florida Real Estate Market, in which I have purchased and sold properties exclusively with her. I have requested information regarding additional properties, outside the norm, whereby she researched thoroughly, and sent me the information I requested each time, including property I am interested in today. Catherine is a comprehensive, efficient, Real Estate Professional.

We were so fortunate to meet Cat when we initially began our housing search in Miami Beach. She impressed us with her knowledge of the market, her tireless work ethic, and tenacity to make things happen. We always felt like she was focused on getting us to the right outcome. Four transactions later, we could not say enough nice things about Cat!

From the first moment you speak with Catherine you can tell she is an elite Realtor! She responded promptly, enthusiastically, courteously, and with a genuine interest in helping me and my girl find a great condo on Miami Beach. She knows the neighborhoods in and out, and didn't stop her search and showing us around – even places we didn't know existed -until we found our perfect place. Thank you Catherine!

Having known Catherine as a realtor, and now a friend, I can honestly say she is committed to getting things right, to looking out for your best interests, and making sure everything is in proper order. She goes beyond the norms of requirements, and gets things accomplished to her own superior standards. She is one of the best brokers you could hope to have on your side. Five Stars!
