The 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences of Sunny Isles Beach is one of the latest projects to bear the name of the luxury hotel chain. Unlike the ones in Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove, this Ritz Carlton Residences does not have a hotel component and is exclusively a residential project spearheaded by developers Fortune International Group and Chateau Group, the latter also responsible for the Chateau Beach building.
Everything from a business center to a media room, library, oceanfront pool, cabanas and over 200 feet of beachfront are available as part of the Ritz Carlton Residences experience. Some of the residential features expected within the units include ten foot ceilings, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and private elevator entry foyers.
Those who choose the Ritz-Carlton Residences will be right next to the ocean and the beach as well as the many other places to explore nearby which include the town of Surfside, the village of Bal Harbour and its high end Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, Miami Beach to the south, the location is one of the best. The city of Hollywood in Broward County is less than thirty minutes to the north of Ritz-Carlton Residences and has beaches plus a downtown area.
